  • Not at all. You simply need to be open to exploring a different way of understanding yourself. This journey meets you wherever you are.

  • You can move at your own pace and catch up with the material. The structure is designed to support you, not pressure you.

  • The programme includes weekly live sessions, guided meditations, journaling prompts, and direct message support. Optional one-to-one sessions are also available for deeper personalised guidance.

  • If you decide the programme is not right for you within 14 days of starting and before completing more than two sessions, a full refund is available. After that point, the investment is non-refundable.
